Barbi has been part of a preacher’s family since the day after she was born when her dad was ordained as a Presbyterian Minister. As a single mom with 4 kids, she received her Graphic Arts degree from Richland Community College. Shortly after, she served 5 years with Prairie Avenue Christian Church, Decatur as their Secretary and has been serving as the Office Secretary/Graphic Designer for the last 12 years with the First United Methodist Church, Decatur. Barbi has 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren who are scattered at opposite sides of the country. She enjoys singing and knitting; and has been friends with FELC congregation for over 13 years
